Absent septum pellucidum, box shaped frontal horns of the lateral ventricles, small optic chiasm, small pituitary gland, right frontal and left frontal polymicrogyria.
Case Discussion
This is a case of an absent septum pellucidum with associated hypoplasia of the optic chiasm and small pituitary gland, compatible with septo-optic dysplasia. Associated with bilateral cerebral polymicrogyria.
