Conventional diagnostic mammogram views of the right breast. In the area of parenchymal distortion related to the lumpectomy 6 years before, a smoothly rounded density is visible.

Ultrasound images of the area of the surgical scar right breast. shows a rounded thick walled fluid collection is seen. No flow in the wall nodularity on Doppler.

Post surgical seroma of the right breast. The area is not fat necrosis because it is too dense on the mammogram image.
