Presentation

Patient with history of renal calculi and ureteric stent presents for CT urography.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

The CT urography incidentally reveals a mass in the pancreatic tail region with small cysts (<2 cms).

Final diagnosis: Serous cystadenoma of pancreas.
