Presentation

Pain less distal thigh palpable mass on physical exam.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Broad based small bony outgrowth is present at anterior aspect of distal metadiaphysis of the femur.

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with sessile osteochondroma which is a relatively common imaging finding. Femur especially distal portion is most common site for osteochondroma.
