Osteochondroma - radius (sessile)

Presentation

Left elbow gradual swelling since 2 years ago.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

There is a well-defined broad-based bony overgrowth at the posterosuperior aspect of the upper third left radius compatible with osteochondroma associated with surrounding bone marrow edema at the radius and ulnar bones.

It shows continuity with the cortex and medullary cavity of the parent bone.

Cartilaginous cap thickness is measuring about 2.8 mm.
