Presentation

Poor urinary stream in a patient with long standing urinary bladder outlet obstruction.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde cystogram reveals a small urinary bladder with wall irregularity and severe bilateral vesicoureteral reflux.

There are also hype dense stones at the right upper quadrant consistent with gallstones.
