Presentation

Shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Hyperinflated lungs reflecting underlying emphysema. Loss of parenchymal markings, especially in the right lower lobe compatible with severe bullous disease. Multifocal regions of parenchymal scarring / atelectasis.
