Presentation

Chronic facial deformity.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Very severe deformity of the skull base and right face with expansile, irregular disorganized bone with chondriod matrix and low attenuation spaces. Low and lateral positioning of the right globe. 

Case Discussion

Tragic case of very advanced fibrous dysplasia of the face which resulted in severe deformity and loss of vision in the right eye.
