UA Doppler: absent end-diastolic flow
MCA PI: 1.2 (<5th centile)
DV: absent to reversed a wave
UV: pulsatile
AFI: 11 (normal)

Severe early IUGR with critical dopplers.
Patient proceeded to emergency Cesarean section.
