Severe long standing hydronephrosis

Severe hydronephrosis is present on the left side due to a 25×15 mm proximal ureteral stone, causing marked left renal parenchymal atrophic changes.
Two 11 mm and 4 mm adjacent stones are observed at the middle calyces of the right kidney.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
