Case Discussion
Hyperlordosis, especially in obese patients, may cause neural arch of vertebrae and both lamina to turn up and be seen as a divert 'V' on AP lumbar spine radiographs.
This case is from my dear Prof. Saeed Rad's archive. Radiology department, Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Iran.
