Case contributed by Dr Jeremy Jones

Presentation

Difficult labour and delivery. Meconium stained liquor.

Patient Data

Age: Neonate (day 1)
Gender: Male

There are bilateral course interstitial markings and widespread alveolar opacification. The NG tube is only at the GOJ and should be advanced further.

Case Discussion

Features of severe meconium aspiration. The history of meconium at delivery confirms the diagnosis, but the imaging findings are classical.
