Presentation

Difficult labor and delivery. Meconium stained liquor.

Patient Data

Age: Neonate (day 1)
Gender: Male

There are bilateral course interstitial markings and widespread alveolar opacification. The NG tube is only at the GEJ and should be advanced further.

Features of severe meconium aspiration. The history of meconium at delivery confirms the diagnosis, but the imaging findings are classical.
