Myelopathy, bilateral lower limb weakness, sensory level mid thoracic spine and mid thoracic band-like pain.

Diffuse marrow infiltration. Vertebral body and intervertebral disc height has been preserved.
Enhancing posterior epidural mass extending from T3-T5 results in severe spinal canal narrowing and severe cord compression. Mildly increased cord signal at this level. It also extends into the left intravertebral foramen at T3-4 and T4-5. Right T5/6, T6/7, L>R T7/8 foramina are also filed by tumor, which bulges into the adjacent lateral epidural space but does not encase theca or compress the cord.
Case Discussion
Patient has a history of metastatic prostate cancer.
