severe right-sided hydronephrosis to the level of the ureteropelvic junction
right ureter normal in caliber
no obvious renal parenchyma
no meaningful excretion in the right collection system
normal left kidney with extra-renal pelvis with mild pelviureteric junction obstruction
hypodense cortical cyst along with left kidney midpole
