Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

5 cm long sheared off part of a Port-A-Cath, likely in the left lower lobe pulmonary arterial branch.

Orphaned sheared segment of previous subclavian venous tubing, unchanged in position, in the segmental branch of the left lower pulmonary artery.
