Corrected fracture of midshaft of radius. Incidentally noted short 5th metacarpal.
Case Discussion
Isolated 5th metacarpal shortening can be seen in familial diabetes mellitus type-I, however this patient has no family history of diabetes mellitus and the cause is unknown.
