Anteroinferior dislocation of the right shoulder joint is noted.

No e/o of any fracture

Soft tissue appears normal

Case Discussion

This is a case of shoulder dislocation following a fall.

Shoulder joint is the most commonly disloacted joint in the body.

An X-ray is sufficient for diagnosis
