There is a well defined cystic lesion seen at the humeral head, having hypointense T1 signal that became hyperintense at T2 and PD fat sat WIs suggesting simple bone cyst.

There is a bony depression with surrounding bone marrow edema at the upper posterolateral aspect of the humeral head denoting Hill Sach's lesion.

There is a hyperintense line seen at the base of the anterior labrum in PD fat sat sequence suggesting tear of the anterior labrum (Bankart lesion).

Case Discussion

MRI features are suggestive of sequels of anterior shoulder dislocation with Bankart and Hill Sach's lesions. A simple bone cyst in the humeral head is incidentally noted.
