Fall while playing sport. Unable to move shoulder.

Patient Data

Age: young adult
Gender: Male
x-ray

The humeral head is dislocated anteriorly and inferiorly with the anteroinferior margin of the glenoid, with some flattening of the corresponding part of the humerus.
