Gender: Male
Anterior shoulder dislocation. Hill-Sachs lesion with lipohaemarthrosis.

Case Discussion

Lipohaemarthrosis in the shoulder is very uncommon and has presumably occurred in this case secondary to the Hill-Sachs lesion.
