Anterior-inferior dislocation of right shoulder joint with displaced fracture of the greater tuberosity and a fat-fluid level in the subacromial region indicating lipohemarthrosis.
Case Discussion
Anterior shoulder dislocation complicated by greater tuberosity fracture. Nice example of a lipohemarthrosis seen as a perfectly straight horizontal fat-fluid level in the subacromial region.
