Recurrent right shoulder dislocation

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

MRI Axial sequence demonstrated ALPSA anteromedial labroligamentous periosteal sleeve avulsion lesion with intact periosteum. The anterior labrum is medially displaced but still attached to periosteum. The coronal sequence shows medial and inferior labro ligamentous displacement along the inferior neck of the scapula. subcoraciod bursitis seen. subchondral cysts at the humeral head
