Anterior shoulder mass, deep to the anterior deltoid muscle fibers. Isointense to fatty tissue in every sequence included fat-sat.
Case Discussion
Deep soft tissue shoulder mass isointense to fatty tissue, even in fat-sat sequences, very suggestive of lipoma.
