Gross degenerative changes of the shoulder joint in the form of ( multiple humeral osteophytes, articular surface irregularity, subchondral sclerosis, subchondral cystic changes as well as flattening of the humeral head). Minimal joint effusion. Abnormal loss of the bulk of the examined rotator cuff muscles with focal thinning of the distal supraspinatus tendon.

Findings are consistent Osteoarthritis of the shoulder joint.
