Sustained a fall. Fracture?

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
  • No sign of acute bony trauma. 
  • Moderate AC and advanced glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis with marked narrowing of the glenohumeral joint space and subchondral sclerosis. 
  • Unusually large inferior humeral osteophyte.

Advanced osteoarthritis predominantly affecting the glenohumeral joint with resultant inferior osteophyte.
