Subtle opacity projected over the humeral head in keeping with calcific tendinosis.

Complete disruption of the supraspinatus tendon which is shown retracted. Acromion bone spur is seen adjacent to the acromioclavicular joint. Hyperechoic foci with shadowing demonstrate calcification in infraspinatus tendon.
