There are bone changes associated with sickle cell, including irregular sclerosis within the heads of both humeral heads (AVN), patchy sclerosis demonstrated in several ribs and central depression of several thoracic end plates.

Lower slices through CT chest post contrast reveal calcified, auot-infarcted spleen.

Sclerotic change in the visualized vertebrae.
