Presentation

Chest pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

The lungs are clear. Bilateral humeral head sclerosis in keeping with avascular necrosis. H-shaped vertebrae. Absent splenic shadow. Findings are in keeping with known sickle cell disease.
