Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the sigmoid colon, measuring about 7cm in length. Pericolic fat stranding and a few regional enlarged lymph nodes are also observed with SAD less than 18 mm.
The hepatic attenuation value is less than the spleen, suggesting fatty liver.
An 18 mm cyst is observed at segment II of the liver.
A few gallstones are seen in less than 15 mm.
Case Discussion
Sigmoid colon mass; pathology proved adenocarcinoma with regional enlarged lymph nodes.
