Dolichosigmoid is seen.
Increased wall thickness with luminal narrowing due to tumoral infiltration is present in the sigmoid colon associated with mild pericolic fat stranding and a few regional enlarged lymph nodes with a maximum SAD of 6 mm.
No distant metastasis.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent surgery and pathology result was compatible with sigmoid colon adenocarcinoma.
