Segmental mild heterogeneously enhancing bowel wall thickening of the

sigmoid colon with mild surrounding inflammatory changes. There is ~ 2.3 x

0.6cm sized fistulous tract between the thickened sigmoid colon and adjacent

urinary bladder wall in the fundal region on the right side with a resultant air-fluid level in the

urinary bladder lumen. Mild focal enhancing asymmetrical wall thickening of urinary

bladder wall along the right lateral wall, likely

reactive thickening. There is also the possibility of localized sealed perforation in the

thickened sigmoid colon with a resultant small collection of size ~ 3.4 x 2.5 cm. No

significant enlarged surrounding lymphadenopathy was seen.
