A diverticulum is seen arising from the proximal segment of right sigmoid sinus and extending to the mastoid air cells. It is evident in thin cuts gradient images and confirmed after contrast administration. No thrombus inside.
Case Discussion
Sigmoid sinus diverticulum is a known cause of pulsatile tinnitus and sometime requires surgery or event endovascular treatment.
