Coronal Topogram

- coffee bean sign is seen in the topogram.
- a large gas-filled loop is identified, consistent with the sigmoid colon measuring 12 cm in diameter) lacking the normal haustra, forming a closed-loop obstruction.
- whirl sign is present evident by twisting of the mesentery and mesenteric vessels
No discreet mass lesion. No bowel perforation. Rest of the bowel loops are normal.
