In this sildenafil induced penile doppler, in the scan done at 75 minutes post administration of oral 50 mg sildenafil citrate with visual stimulation, there is increase in peak systolic velocities of both cavernosal arteries to values more than cut off of 25 cm/s, suggestive of normal arterial response. The end diastolic velocities are also less than cut off of 5 cm/s, suggestive of absence of any venoocclusion. This is a normal study and clinical score 3 of complete erection achieved.
