Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
mri

The right maxillary sinus is small in size and atelectatic.

There is inferior bowing of the roof with increased orbital volume and enophthalmos.

There is lateral bowing of the medial wall with lateral displacement of the middle and inferior turbinate

There is posterior bowing of the anterior wall.

There is anteromedial bowing of the posterolateral wall

The uncinate process is displaced superolaterally and is in direct contact with the inferomedial wall of the right orbit.

Mucosal thickening of left frontal and bilateral ethmoidal sinuses is noted.
