Sinonasal adenocarcinoma

55×50 mm soft tissue mass in the right maxillary sinus causing sinus walls destruction with extension into the right orbital floor and right nasal cavity. Right orbital structures seem to be intact.
Mucosal thickening is seen at the floor of left maxillary and frontal sinuses and some of the ethmoidal air cells.
Rightward nasal septal deviation is present.
