A large left-sided mass filling the lateral nasal cavity and the maxillary antrum. 

Case Discussion

MRI of a patient with a large left-sided mass filling the lateral nasal cavity and the maxillary antrum. 

The differential includes:

  1. inverting papilloma
  2. antrochoanal polyp
  3. sinonasal carcinoma (adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma)
  4. lymphoma

Histology revealed this to be a sinonasal adenocarcinoma
