Plain PNS CT shows soft tissue density in paranasal sinuses and nasal vestibule with high density areas suggestive of long standing secretions. This is associated with remodeling of the walls of the maxillary antra.

Plain PNS CT shows soft tissue density in paranasal sinuses and nasal vestibule with high density areas suggestive of long standing secretions. Also note the remodeling of the walls of the maxillary antra, consistent with sinonasal polyposis.
