The cardiac apex is on the right. Transverse liver is noted with stomach on the right and also multiple spleens on the right with interruption of intrahepatic IVC with azygous continuation of IVC.

The findings are consistent with situs ambiguous (also called heterotaxy) - polysplenia syndrome type.
