Situs inversus

On CT scanogram, the aortic arch, and cardiac silhouette are projected on the right side, the gastric bubble is also seen on the right side.
On limited CT cuts of the upper abdomen, the liver and the spleen are inverted, the aortic arc and abdominal aorta on the right side. The stomach is also inverted.
Lung parenchyma appears normal.
