Info

Complete left-to-right reversal of thoracic organs is observed (dextrocardia, right-sided aortic arch), consistent with situs inversus totalis. Reversal of the normal position of the upper abdominal organs. A right renal calculus is also noted. Two small subpleural nodules are seen at the posterior segment of the right upper lobe and posterobasal segment of the right lower lobe. No other abnormalities are noted in the lung parenchyma.

Case Discussion

The imaging findings are consistent with situs inversus. This is an incidental finding, and since the patient has no symptoms, no further treatment is required.
