Cardiac silhouette rotated with the apex on the right - dextrocardia.

Patchy reticulonodular opacities are seen in the medial left lower zone with ring and parallel shadows indicating bronchiectasis. Increased attenuation of the lower pole of the left hilum.

Stomach bubble and nasogastric tube in right hypochondrium (situs inversus).

Case Discussion

Situs inversus totalis with left sided bronchiectasis suggesting Kartagener syndrome, a diagnosis which requires further correlation. Bronchiectasis predisposes to recurrent pneumonia.
