Dextrocardia. Aortic arch on the right. Gastric bubble and air in the colon in the right upper quadrant. Soft tissue density in the left upper quadrant likely represents the liver. No acute intra-thoracic abnormality.
Case Discussion
CXR findings consistent with situs inversus totalis. Abdominal imaging has not been performed, but an abdominal ultrasound will be of value to determine abdominal situs.
