Situs inversus totalis
Axial C+ portal venous phase
Situs inversus with complete mirror image of normal abdominal visceral orientation. The aorta is right-sided.
Also noted is a simple hepatic cyst, some colonic diverticula, and a midline ventral abdominal wall hernia.
