In 2014 the patient was diagnosed with invasive lobular breast carcinoma and underwent tumorectomytumour removal surgery, as well as radiotherapy and chemotherapy with FAC protocol, which was interrupted because of prolonged pancytopenia.
Bone marrow biopsy showed diffuse metastatic infiltration.
The patient is now on palliative pain therapy and regular outpatient follow-up examinations.

There are diffuse skeletal, dominantlypredominantly osteolytic lesions, involving the skull, spine, ribs, pelvis and proximal parts of the femur bilaterally.
There are also pathological fractures of the Th4T4 and Th10T10 vertebrae.
