Skeletal metastases from breast carcinoma

In 2014 the patient was diagnosed with invasive lobular breast carcinoma and underwent tumorectomy, as well as radiotherapy and chemotherapy with FAC protocol, which was interrupted because of prolonged pancytopenia.

Bone marrow biopsy showed diffuse metastatic infiltration.

The patient is now on palliative pain therapy and regular outpatient follow-up examinations.
