An avulsion fracture is seen involving the ulnar corner at the base of proximal phalanx of the right thumb with associated displacement.
Case Discussion
Skier's thumb (Gamekeeper's thumb) is an avulsion injury of the ulnar collateral ligament of the first metacarpophalangeal joint that can be complicated by Stener lesion.
