CT Brain

There are fractures lines that continues through coronal and sagittal sutures of the skull. In the brain parenchyma is possible to note right frontal contusion with small foci of haemorrhage and oedema.    

Case Discussion

The case illustrates a not depressed skull fracture associated with cerebral haemorrhagic contusion
