The majority of the right skull vault, and much of the left side also, demonstrates granular lucency without expansion or periosteal reaction, other than on the right in the frontal region where a slight subgaleal extension is demonstrated. These changes are unaltered in distribution when compared to previous imaging (not-shown, 2 years of imaging). No intra extra-axial collection or mass evident. Brain parenchyma is within normal limits. Base of skull does not appear affected. Normal aeration of the paranasal sinuses.

The skull vault demonstrates extensive abnormal signal and increased enhancement. Slight subgaleal extension is seen over the frontal bone on the right.
